Welcome to KV Wellness! I’m Katharina, a certified holistic wellness coach through the International Association of Wellness Professionals, currently training in Mindfulness and Somatics while pursuing an education in Social Work. My mission is to help young women become the best versions of themselves by guiding them toward a balanced, fulfilling, and empowered life.
I’m a free spirit who loves moving my body, adventures in nature, cooking, and anything that sparks my creativity. My passion for wellness began early in life when my father was diagnosed with cancer. Seeing my father’s health struggles sparked my passion for wellness, showing me how daily choices shape overall well-being.
Like many of my clients, I’ve faced my own challenges with mental health. Through my journey, I made meaningful lifestyle changes and discovered the profound connection between mental and physical health. Unfortunately, I noticed how often society separates these two aspects of wellness, which inspired me to become a holistic wellness coach.
