What is a Wellness Coach?
A wellness coach is a professional who helps individuals create and maintain positive changes in their life. They provide support, guidance, advice and accountability to help clients reach their health goals. Wellness coaches may specialize in a multitude of areas such as nutrition, sleep, exercise or other areas of wellness. I personally specialize in the mental wellness of my clients, using the 360 Method, which involves considering the other factors that may affect a person wellbeing.
How can a Wellness Coach help me?
A Mental Wellness Coach helps clients identify, prioritize and develop strategies to address their specific goals. They also provide education on healthy habits and provide resources to support their client's journey towards mental wellness.
As a mental wellness coach, I can help you with a wide range of issues, including but not limited to:

setting personal goals and creating an action plan to reach them
I also offer a safe space to process and manage challenging emotions, guidance on lifestyle changes such as diet and exercise; building confidence; cultivating self-compassion and self-acceptance; maintaining motivation for long-term change; problem solving skills.
How are your workshops structured?
Each workshop is thoughtfully designed to provide an engaging and supportive experience. They typically last 1-2 hours and include hands-on activities, such as flower bouquet making, pot painting, or guided mindfulness practices. Workshops are held in small groups to foster a sense of community while ensuring personalized attention. You'll leave each session not only with something tangible (like your own creation) but also with practical tools and insights to carry forward in your wellness journey.
What can I expect in a 1:1 coaching session?
In a 1:1 coaching session, you'll receive personalized support tailored to your unique needs. We start by exploring your current challenges and goals during an initial assessment. Together, we’ll create a realistic action plan aligned with the 360 Method, focusing on holistic wellness across all aspects of your life. Sessions may include strategies for stress management, developing healthy habits, and emotional resilience. I provide compassionate guidance, actionable steps, and accountability to help you stay on track. Each session is a safe space where you can openly share and grow at your own pace.
What is the 360 Method?
Using 360 method, I take a holistic approach that looks at all aspects of your lifestyle and how they impact your overall health. This could include looking at diet, exercise, sleep habits, stress management techniques, spiritual practices, mental/emotional wellbeing, environmental influences and more.
How long will it take for me to see results?
The amount of time it takes to see results when working with a wellness coach will vary depending on the individual and their goals. Some people may see and implement change within the first month. Generally, most people start to experience some positive changes within 1-3 months of working with a coach. Being committed to your journey will make the process feel much more attainable in a shorter time span.
