Take a pause from the busyness of life and immerse yourself in an afternoon of relaxation and self-care.

To start,  you’ll join Charlé Barkey to pour your essential oil roller blend—designed to promote relaxation, emotional grounding, and inner balance. This take-home blend will serve as a beautiful reminder of your healing journey. 

Then, you will join Laura Agresta Usui Reiki Master for a one of a kind afternoon that will be peaceful and rejuvenating. This is an opportunity to reconnect to yourself and explore personal healing through Reiki. Reiki is a safe and effective healing modality used for centuries. Benefits may include: Stress reduction, Pain relief, Emotional Healing, Improved sleep and Enhanced Healing. You will be guided through a grounding meditation, and then receive hands on  chair Reiki. Lastly Oracle cards will be offered at the end of the session. 

We recommend eating beforehand and bringing a yoga mat and a reusable water bottle for your comfort. We also suggest bringing a pillow and blanket for your comfort. A limited number of cushioned chairs will be available for those who prefer seating. We’ll also be offering tea to enhance your experience.
